We have over thirty years experience blast cleaning car body shells.

We have developed our low pressure system to ensure that we clean every part back to bright metal without any distortion to any panel.

With this in mind we can blast as low as ten PSI, and literally remove one layer of paint at a time.

All of the air that we use is routed through a refrigerated drier to ensure that there is no moisture in the blast equipment.

As a result of this it gives us a perfect key for our Xylene Zinc Phosphate primer which is applied within minutes of the completion of blast cleaning.

The primer can be welded through, can be filled over and will take any topcoat.
