Unparalleled Work Method for Able Blast Cleaning

Due to having over thirty years experience blast cleaning car body shells, our work method is strictly adhered to.

Experience matters a great deal when blast cleaning a car body shell or panels. Lots of people try to do it and end up warping the panels, ( which can’t be un-warped).

In addition we have been blast cleaning for well over thirty years. We have our own method of cleaning which works on any type of metal

The compressor is 400CFM.

By utilising different blast nozzle sizes we can spread the fan of the blast  area to reduce pressure on the work surface.

Even more we use a very fine media which does not generate heat.

A unique style of blast cleaning has been utilised and is designed to protect the metal whilst giving it the optimum surface for our primer

We have developed our low pressure system to ensure that we clean every part back to bright metal without distortion to any panel.

With this in mind we can blast as low as ten PSI, and literally remove one layer of paint at a time.

In fact all of the air that we use is routed through a refrigerated drier to ensure that there is no moisture in the sandblasting process.

As a result of this it gives us a perfect key for our Xylene Zinc Phosphate primer. This is applied within minutes of the completion of blast cleaning.

In a nutshell the primer can be welded through, can be filled over and will take any topcoat.

We also can coat the bodyshell with a 2K epoxy if the customer specifies this option
